About Us

Jesus movements unto

the least reached.

In 2007 we asked God, “How do we transform the hardest and darkest places on earth?” The answer was, “Raise up the burning ones.”

These “burning ones” are young people who carry a fire for Jesus in their hearts and live a missional lifestyle which is the fragrance of God’s love to the lost.

In our discipleship schools and mission trips we are seeing thousands of young people become these “burning ones.”

Many of our students return home as transformed disciples of Christ. Others join long-term teams in the nations and work among some of the least reached peoples on the earth. A global movement of “burning ones” is growing.

Our Work

  1. Prayer & Worship: Every FF community is centered around prayer, worship and the presence of God. We want to build leaders who value the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

  2. Youth Movements: Our focus is youth movements. We disciple young people to love Jesus wholeheartedly and take action in the great commission.

  3. Least Reached Nations: We travel to the ends of the earth to share the love of Jesus with those who have never heard it before. We believe we can see missionaries trained and sent from every nation. Missions work is not just for the Western Christian.

Our History

Fire & Fragrance started as a part of Youth With A Mission in Kona, Hawaii. We’re so grateful for the leadership of Loren and Darlene Cunningham and the YWAM community for forming us and championing the calling God gave us.
